Ingredients
- 2 lbs. baby carrots or large carrots cut into smaller pieces ½ cup water
- 1 package Honey Butter with Brown Sugar and Cinnamon (7 dollops)
- 1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- Kosher salt flakes – to taste
- Parsley Flakes for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- In a large bowl place carrots in a large microwavable bowl with butter dollops on top
- Microwave for 1 minute on high
- Stir to completely coat carrots with butter mixture
- Place carrot mixture on baking sheet lined completely with a few layers of foil
- Sprinkle with pepper flakes and salt
- Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, flipping every 15 minutes to brown on all sides
- Remove when soft and toasted brown on edges.
