Ingredients
- 1 Banana
- 1 Ghee/Clarified Dollop
- Dash of Cinnamon
- Salt
- Walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- Place the ghee/clarified into a heated pan
- Add banana slices and walnuts
- Cook for approximately 2 mins on medium heat until caramel color appears
- Turn banana slices – cook for approximately 30 additional seconds
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and salt
- Serve warm
