An easy side dish or the perfect accompaniment to chicken, sausage, or pasta dishes!
- 6 Creekside™ Butter Premium Balls®, save 2 balls for the last step
- 3 red, yellow, and/or orange bell peppers, seeded and sliced, approx. 3 cups
- 1 red onion, sliced, 1 cup
- 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- ½ tsp. dried basil
- ½ tsp. kosher salt
- ¼ tsp. pepper
- Melt 4 Creekside™ Butter Premium Balls® in large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook peppers, onion, garlic, basil, kosher salt and pepper until tender-crisp, 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in remaining 2 Creekside™ Butter Premium Balls® and serve.
