Buttery Sauteed Peppers & Onions

An easy side dish or the perfect accompaniment to chicken, sausage, or pasta dishes!

Ingredients

  • 6 Creekside™ Butter Premium Balls®, save 2 balls for the last step
  • 3 red, yellow, and/or orange bell peppers, seeded and sliced, approx. 3 cups
  • 1 red onion, sliced, 1 cup
  • 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • ½ tsp. dried basil
  • ½ tsp. kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Melt 4 Creekside™ Butter Premium Balls® in large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Cook peppers, onion, garlic, basil, kosher salt and pepper until tender-crisp, 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Stir in remaining 2 Creekside™ Butter Premium Balls® and serve.
